DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
I aim to ship all orders within 3 working days.
If there any problems meeting this, I will message you and discuss options.
If you need something quickly or by a certain date please contact me.
Based in Devon (EX16), I ship to the UK only, and offer free local delivery.
To check if your area qualifies please message me with your full postage address.
All orders over £50 are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery free of charge.
All orders under £50 are charged at cost
- Large Letters are charged at £1.53 for Royal Mail 2nd Class or £1.83 for Royal Mail 1st Class
- Parcels are charged at £3.20 for Royal Mail 2nd Class or £3.85 for Royal Mail 1st Class

Please note only one voucher can be used at once.
If there is a sale on the website then voucher codes will be disabled during the sale period.

JEWELLERY
All my Jewellery is Handmade.
So if you want something a little different or in another colour / crystal, message me.
There is no extra charge for special orders and no commitment to buy.
I can send you a photo if you want to check it before purchasing.
SILVER JEWELLERY (925 / Sterling)
All my handmade silver jewellery is not hallmarked. This is mainly because of cost, if you are interested in having your item hallmarked please message me to discuss.
The rules on hallmarking in the UK, are that all items under 7.78g in weight (excluding stones/gems), do not have to be hallmarked to be sold as silver.
All items over 7.78g must be either hallmarked or sold as white metal.
JEWELLERY CARE AND CRYSTALS
Silver will tarnish naturally, so I supply a silver cloth with all silver jewellery, to help keep them shining away and looking their best.
To keep your jewellery in the best condition, avoid contact with cleaning products, perfumes, oils, water etc.
Remove jewellery when sleeping, showering/bathing, swimming, exercising etc.
Crystals by their nature, vary in shades and details.
When purchasing crystal jewellery, where possible I will send the item in the pictures.
If you are looking for a particular shade or detail please message me and I will do my best to meet your needs.
CANCELLING / DAMAGES / RETURNS
None of the following effects your statutory rights.

If you have received something damaged, please include a photo of the issue.
Once an order has been placed and paid for, it may not be possible to cancel it.
