SILVER JEWELLERY (925 / Sterling)
All my handmade silver jewellery is not hallmarked. This is mainly because of cost, if you are interested in having your item hallmarked please message me to discuss.
The rules on hallmarking in the UK, are that all items under 7.78g in weight (excluding stones/gems), do not have to be hallmarked to be sold as silver.
All items over 7.78g must be either hallmarked or sold as white metal.
JEWELLERY CARE AND CRYSTALS
Silver will tarnish naturally, so I supply a silver cloth with all silver jewellery, to help keep them shining away and looking their best.
To keep your jewellery in the best condition, avoid contact with cleaning products, perfumes, oils, water etc.
Remove jewellery when sleeping, showering/bathing, swimming, exercising etc.
When purchasing crystal jewellery, please be aware the photos shown so the best possible likeness however Crystals by their nature, vary in shades and details.
If you are looking for a particular shade or detail please message me and I will do my best to meet your needs.
CANCELLING / DAMAGES / RETURNS

Once an order has been placed and paid for, it may not be possible to cancel it.
